Ingredients:
- 1 Tulua Pomegranate Ginger Shot
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp Dijon/brown mustard
- 1/8 cup slivered almonds (no skins); cashews would work too
- salt + pepper to taste
Blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender. If too thick, add a little water or more olive oil.
